Call PayReservation method to pay a reservation.
If the reservation is Pending, this will confirm the booking. If it is already paid, but there is a pending amount, either due to ammendment or due to prepayment policies it will settle the reservation.
PayReservation always returns ReservationResponse with the latest update of the reservation and details
